Our cupcakes are baked at our licensed bakery located at 5392 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta, GA 30341.
Do you operate a retail store?
No, we do not operate a retail store. All orders have to be placed in advance for scheduled pick up or delivery. Please do not make the journey to pick up cupcakes without placing an order in advance. We only carry cupcakes in our case during Bakery Days which are announced on our facebook page.
Do you sell mini cupcakes?
Yes we do!
We offer mini cupcakes by the dozen for $15 or two dozen for $30. You may choose any flavor combination that you'd like out of all the flavors we bake daily.
What is your refund policy?
All orders are nonrefundable unless cancelled 24 hours prior to pick up or delivery. As a result, same day orders cannot be cancelled once placed as orders are placed into a production queue and processed as soon as they are received.
Does Lenox Cupcakes offer custom decorations?
Lenox Cupcakes offers a variety of decorations and toppings such as hand-made fondant flowers, fondant numbers and lettering, as well as other decorations for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers and holidays. Icing colors may also be customized to fit color themes.
Can I order any of your flavors if I place my order in advance?
Yes! We offer a selection of cupcakes baked fresh, from scratch, daily. You may choose any flavor combination that you'd like. There is no flavor limit per order.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan cupcakes?
Lenox Cupcakes offers gluten-free and vegan cupcakes by advance order. There is a limit of one flavor per dozen cupcakes. Please call 404-949-0409 to find out what flavors are available gluten-free or vegan.
How do I store my cupcakes?
At Lenox Cupcakes, we bake the old fashioned way without the use of preservatives so our cupcakes are meant to be enjoyed right away. If you plan to keep them longer than two days, place them in an airtight container and freeze. If frozen, allow to return to room temperature before serving. Do not refrigerate as this will dry out the cupcakes.
Are your cupcakes safe for those with allergies to nuts?
Lenox Cupcakes bakes with nuts on the premises. We recommend individuals with nut allergies err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our products.
Do you ship your cupcakes?

to the delicate nature of our cupcakes, we do not ship them. We do
however, offer delivery throughout the metro-Atlanta area. Please click here for a list of zip codes where we offer delivery.
How much notice do you need for deliveries?
We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all deliveries. However, we will do our best to accommodate same-day deliveries whenever possible. Please be sure to speak with a representative prior to placing a same-day delivery online.
Can I pay for my order upon delivery?
Unfortunately, no. All delivery orders must be paid in full before the order leaves the bakery. Is there a charge for delivery?
Yes. Delivery fees start at $10 with an additional charge based on distance. The minimum order for delivery is one dozen standard-size cupcakes or two dozen mini cupcakes. Please click here for our delivery rates organized by zip code.
What if I am not available to receive my delivery?
All of our deliveries are made by a local courier service and must be received in-person. We only deliver to physical addresses within the metro-Atlanta area. Due to the delicate nature of our product, we are unable to leave the cupcakes unattended. Please arrange for someone to be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, your order will be brought back to the bakery and a re-delivery fee may apply.
